Intermediate: Arum der yidisher teater-velt (Around the World of Yiddish Theater)

Prerequisites:
Conversational vocabulary; present, past, and future tenses; personal and possessive pronouns; periphrastic verbs; and direct and indirect objects.

In this course, students will learn through multimedia (online texts, audio and video materials). We will learn about and discuss the lives of distinguished actors and directors of Yiddish theater (both contemporary and historical), and appreciate the multifaceted aspects of Yiddish language and culture.
